These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Sena (“Sena”, “we”, “us”) governing your access to and use of our websites at heysena.ai and app.heysena.ai and the related content tools (the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You must have a valid X account and use the Service in compliance with X’s own Terms of Service and rules. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
Sena connects to your X account, analyzes your own posts to build an editable voice profile, and helps you generate, edit, save, and schedule posts and replies in your voice. Features may include voice analysis, content generation, reply suggestions, scheduling, analytics, and monetization prompts. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Draft-only by default. The Service produces drafts. Nothing is published to your X account unless you approve it or explicitly schedule it. You are responsible for everything published from your account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@heysena.ai if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You connect X through its official sign-in (OAuth); we never receive your X password. By connecting, you authorize Sena to access and use your X data as described in our Privacy Policy and to publish or schedule content that you approve.
We offer paid subscription plans, currently Pro at $29/month and Advanced at $49/month, with a limited founding offer of Advanced at $29/month for the first 150 members who claim it. Prices are shown at checkout and may be billed monthly or annually. Founding pricing, once granted, remains at the founding rate for as long as the subscription stays active.
We offer a 7-day free trial that requires a valid payment method up front. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically begins and your payment method is charged the plan price. Cancel any time before the end of the 7-day trial and you will not be charged.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings or by contacting support@heysena.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Cancelling during the trial stops any upcoming charge.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, or features not used. The free trial exists so you can evaluate the Service before being charged.
The Service uses AI to generate text based on your voice profile and inputs. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, and may unintentionally resemble other text.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that we reasonably believe violate these rules.
You retain ownership of the content and data you provide, including your posts, drafts, and voice profile. You grant Sena a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, including sending it to the sub-processors described in our Privacy Policy. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for residual copies kept for the limited purposes allowed by law.
The Service, including its software, design, and the Sena name and logo, is owned by Sena and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our branding without our prior written permission.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will produce any particular result. We make no guarantee of audience growth, engagement, revenue, or other outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sena and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sena from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party (including X).
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sena is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to resolve any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
